Radio Traffic Assistant Burlington, VT

Description:

Responsibilities on Mediastar Traffic System include but are not limited to the following:

 

  Input of client contracts, copy instructions, continuity and coop, manipulation of commercial spots to maintain separation, resolve discrepancies and achieve targeted clearance ratios.



 

 Continuity coordination with Production Director and Sales department.



 

 Responsible for generation of daily broadcast log, printing and distribution to programming and on air personnel.

 

 

 Oversight and entry of all national network spot time orders; completes continuity, verification and affidavits for all. 

 

 

 Trained as back up for daily log verification, and may be requested to do so.

 

 

Works with Business Office to timely and accurately produce billing for all clients, including coop billing.

 

 

 Performs additional clerical duties (filing and reception)

 

Requirements / Qualifications:

 

Qualified candidates for this position will have an Associates Degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school as a minimum. Qualified candidate will have experience with data entry, proven ability to  meet deadlines with accuracy and prioritize multiple tasks.
