Looking for an experienced Assistant to provide administrative support to a Managing Director and group.

* Calendar management, including scheduling of appointments, arranging rooms, video conferences, audio facilities etc.

* Manage extensive telephone activity and respond to employee inquiries as needed.

* Coordinate travel arrangements.

* Process travel and expense reports.

* Heavy client contact.

* Provide project support as needed.
