Real Estate agent assistant

Highly successful Real Estate agent has an immediate need for a personal assistant. Candidate must be detail oriented and able to multi task in a fast paced environment.

 

Duties include, but are not limited to: Escrow coordinator - prepare, maintain and file escrow documents, arrange for required inspections and reports, arrange placement and removal of "for sale" signs, handle deposits, etc. - design and prepare for mailing of advertisements and flyers, maintain marketing and mailing lists, meet inspectors at property locations, purchase office and Real Estate supplies.

 

Skill Requirments: Must have strong english writing skills. Operate normal office equipment including basic computer skills (word, excel), good comunication skills and willingness to do outside arrends, work without supervision.

 

Desirable Skills/Qulifications: Some computer graphics, Real Estate license, escrow expirience.
