Receptionist Bilingual

Part - Time

 

Job Purpose:

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system with light office duties.



Duties:

* Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.



* Maintains telecommunication system

 

* Maintains safe and clean reception area

 

*Open in coming mail, match shippers with invoices, process out going mail.


 * Light Filing, copying & faxing

 

*Some data entry

 

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.



Skills/Qualifications:

Bilingual Spanish/English a must, Excellent Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills,  Professionalism, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Supply Management, Construction background helpful.
