Receptionist - Bilingual and Office Assistance

?  Assist General Manager as needed.

?  Will be responsible for answering and transferring calls, general office duties, shipping arrangements. Be comfortable and accommodating when greeting walk-in clientele.

?  Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Excellent phone manners.

?  Must be outgoing, friendly, great with people and a team player.

?  Punctuality and reliability is crucial.

?  Professional appearance and conduct is essential.

?  Computer skills, including proficiency of Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel and Word plus.

?  Responsibilities include typing general correspondence, copying, filing, faxing, entering data into computer system (SBT), administrative support filling, coordination of travel arrangements, purchase of office supplies, mail distribution and bank deposits.

?  Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

?  Must be willing to perform other duties per management instructions and ability to multi-task.
