Our client is seeking an energetic, professional Receptionist possessing:

oAt least six months  previous reception experienceExperience with multiple line phone systemsClear and concise verbal communicationExperience with Microsoft Office High attention to detailProfessionalism

The responsibilities of this position include:Welcomes visitors and employees to the office by greeting them; answering and referring questions.Issue and track visitor badgesGreets and directs office callers by answering telephone calls from customers; determining nature of business and directing callers to appropriate destination.Responsible for general office duties to include faxing, filing, and photocopying of confidential information.Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with established policies and procedures.Completes special assignments by stuffing and labeling envelopes; sorting, collating, and stapling material for internal and external distributionMaintains office telecommunications system, routes incoming calls to appropriate extension or takes thorough messages when necessary.Accomplishes office and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
