This is a long term, temporary to perm opportunity.

Our client is seeking an energetic, professional Receptionist/Customer Service

Representative. The ideal candidate must:

oHave 1-2 years of previous reception experience in a fast paced environment.Have experience with multiple line phone systems (6 lines min.)Have clear and concise verbal communicationHave above average customer service skills.Have high attention to detailBe Professional for this high profile position.

 

The responsibilities of this position include:Welcomes visitors and employees to the office by greeting them; answering and referring questions.Greets and directs office callers by answering telephone calls from customers; determining nature of business and directing callers to appropriate destination.Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with established policies and procedures.Maintains office telecommunications system, routes incoming calls to appropriate extension or takes thorough messages when necessary.

 

Must be able to work the following hours:

Monday thru Friday ? 10:00am -3pm (will have one day off)

Saturday ? 10:00am ? 5pm
