Customer Support/Receptionist

 

  First point of contact within the office. Must be friendly and have a positive attitude.  Must have the ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and have flexibility.  Organizational and time management skills are encouraged.  Some duties include but are not limited to:

 

?  Answer phones, screen calls and transfer to correct department

?  Grade tests and assist with test processing

?  File Proctor forms

?  Clean receptionist area, conference room and front lobby

?  After hours online support

?  Customer service

?  Update mailing list for marketing department

?  Assist Curriculum Writer  with typing various documents and notes

?  File Tests

?  Organize and maintain organization in file room

?  Order office supplies

?  Assist Customer Support Coordinator in training student workers and temps for phone coverage

?  Order Fedex supplies

?  Sign for deliveries and make sure they get to appropriate person

?  Other administrative support duties.
