Receptionist - Fresno

Our Fresno, CA office is looking for a Receptionist.

 

Our receptionist assists callers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner by routing them in the direction of the appropriate Colemont contact.  He or she is also responsible for the coordination of all in-bound communications including, telephone calls, mail and facsimiles.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

? Handle all aspects of the switchboard

? Handle and process in-bound and out-bound mail

? Enter submissions into C-Biz (WinBroker) and set up files as directed

? Miscellaneous projects as assigned

? Train others for backup as needed

? Perform other office-related duties as assigned

 

Necessary Skills/Attributes:

? Minimum of 2 years general office experience

? Switchboard experience - minimum of 1 year

? Computer experience required

? A general understanding of Microsoft Office

 

Desired candidates will have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of job-related experience.
