Receptionist - Mesa

We have an opening in our Mesa Branch Office for a Receptionist.  Responsibilities include routing calls to staff and real estate agents, managing/ordering office supplies, placing ads and new listings in various publications, picking up and routing daily mail, paying invoices, setting up conference rooms, preparing listing/sales packets, distributing faxes, inputting agent information into technology software, and general administrative support for the Branch. 

 

We are looking for excellent customer service and computer skills (Microsoft Office products, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook). Should have ability to multi-task and be highly organized.  Previous background in the real estate industry is a definite plus.
