Regulus is looking for a Receptionist in Napa, California.

 Essential Job Duties of the Position   Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers and forwards calls to appropriate personnel and department.Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, direction and other information. Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required.Receives, sorts and routes mail and maintains and routes publications. Maintains fax machines, assists users, sends faxes and retrieves and routes incoming faxes.Orders, receives and maintains office supplies.Receives, sort job packets from Production and re-assembles material, routes to accounting.Performs other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Work Experience

 High School Diploma preferred.Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint programs.Word Processing of 50WPM.Strong organizational and communication skills; Must have pleasant phone manner.Familiarity with Lotus Notes.Ability to manage mutliple tasks at one time and prioritize workload
