Receptionist Needed for Innovative Santa Ana Company!

Kimco, one of the nation's largest and most respected independent staffing firms, currently seeks a Receptionist for a small electronics company in Santa Ana. This growing company designs, manufactures and markets the Fast Track 2+2 drive-thru timer systems.

Duties to include, but not limited to:
Answer multiple phone lines
Fast and accurate data entry keystrokes
Fill out deposit slips and make deposits
Order and maintain office supplies
Mail invoices and letters
Filing
Opening, stamping and sorting mail
Assist accounting/sales department as needed (invoices, statements, sales orders, etc.)
Coordinate monthly birthday lunches & holiday meals
