Job Description

Provide professional and courteous switchboard response and guest greeting. Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.
? Ensure accurate and timely response to phone calls and guests.? Create excel spreadsheets for reporting and coding.? Assist in clerical duties as needed.? Maintain organized workstation.

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- H.S. Graduate- Two years general office experience
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Good PC skills ? knowledge of MS Office software.- Good organizational skill..- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
PROBLEM SOLVING/DECISION MAKING:
- Ability to multi-task and use good judgement in problem solving while working independently.
