Receptionist/Order Entry

Job Purpose:

Supports operations by welcoming visitors; answering multi-line phones; entering sales orders and filing.



Duties:

* Welcomes visitors, potential customers, and customers by greeting and referring them to the appropriate person.

* Presents a welcoming environment by keeping reception area neat and clean.

 

* Answers Multi-line phones and directs calls to the appropriate person.

* Enters sales orders into accounting software system.

 

* Files
