Receptionist - PT - Framingham

Bowditch & Dewey, LLP, ranked among the largest law firms in Massachusetts, has an opening in its Framingham office for a part-time receptionist. Responsibilities include operating a multi-line telephone console, processing incoming calls and directing to appropriate attorneys and staff; greeting clients and other visitors to the Firm; sending and receiving facsimiles; processing mail; receiving deliveries and routing appropriately; scheduling conference rooms; assisting with bulk mailings; other duties as required.  Candidate must have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage confidential information and interact with others within and outside of the Firm; strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word; ability to handle multiple tasks; at least 2 years of office experience.
