Mid-sized physical therapy practice seeks full time receptionist. Candidates must be personable and extremely articulate. Previous medical experience is a plus, although not required. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Answer Phones

- Schedule Appointments

- Collection of Copayments and Balances from Patients

- General Data Entry

- Telephone Intake for New Patients

- Completion of Office Forms

- Light billing duties

- Referrals and authorizations

Hours are Monday through Friday 10:00am ? 6:30pm. Salary commensurate with experience. Medical benefits available at three months, 401k plan available after one year of service. Holiday and vacation benefits too.
