Receptionist/Secretary-Austin, Texas
Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc.?s Austin, Texas office has an immediate opening for a full-time Receptionist/Secretary. In this role, the appropriate candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to interact verbally with clients and other office staff. In addition to handling front desk duties, the candidate will be required to perform general secretarial duties such as monitoring incoming and outgoing mail assisting with the preparation and assembly of reports, and processing new assignments from clients. Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Word is required. Record and supply maintenance; relieve staff and manager of routine detail; assist marketing staff with database management, presentation materials.
