Receptionist/Service Clerk

Husky International Trucks is looking for a receptionist/service clerk to join our team in our south Seattle truck dealership at 11222 East Marginal Way South.  The duties include answering the phones and greeting customers, typing correspondence and reports, editing and closing invoices, reconciling time reports, repair orders and petty cash, gathering and submitting payroll information to payroll department for processing, closing work orders and assisting with clerical duties in all departments as requested.

 

The successful candidate will be dependable, have excellent customer service, data entry and 10 key skills.  Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook and strong analytical skills are needed.  Understanding of basic accounting procedures is desired. The candidate will be a self-starter and a team player.

 

This is a full time position with an anticipated work schedule of Monday ? Friday, 8:30 AM ? 5:00 PM.  This is a casual office environment but some duties will involve spending time in the warehouse, service department and body shop areas of the dealership.
