Receptionist/ Staff Assistant

Qualifications: A college degree, driver's license, Microsoft Office knowledge, and a desire to work in consulting, technology, and digital forensics. Individual must have excellent follow-through capabilities as well as interpersonal skills for dealing with customers, vendors, and staff. Excellent written skills are a must. This person must have the ability to communicate effectively, knowledge/experience in technology, finance, accounting or the field of law is a plus.

The position is based in our corporate Philadelphia office. The requirements of the position are varied. Example tasks include:

- Evidence pickups, delivery, and logging
- Banking
- Data Entry
- Maintain files
- Phone support
- Mailings
- Client follow-up
- Facilities support
- Typing
- Bookkeeping
