Position Summary

 

The CMR Receptionist operates a busy switchboard and answers incoming calls.  The incumbent will perform their job duties in a professional manner in both demeanor and appearance.   In addition to receiving and interacting visitors, applicants and clients, the position requires clerical responsibilities such as processing damage claim documents, as time allows. 

 

 

Essential Functions:

 Professionally administer incoming calls via a multi-line PBX system

 Greet guests and applicants in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.

 Utilizes customized software system to retrieve and provide claim numbers to direct incoming calls. 

 Assists clerical team members in the preparation and verification of damage claims and related processes.

 Obtains information for and prepares correspondence.

 Log incoming mail and notify management upon completion.

 Process return mail for all clients

Required Skills:

 Experience in operating a busy Multi-line PBX systemUtilizes professional and courteous phone and communications skillsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Correspondence writingData Entry 10 ? key Accurate typing speed of approximately 40 ? 45 wpm Detail oriented Excellent data review and processing skills.Strong work ethic.

 

 

Education and Experience Requirements:

 

High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred. Current college students with ability to work 8 ? 5, Monday through Friday are encouraged to apply.

 Pre-employment assessments may be required for this position.

 

Bonus pay is an additional per pay period production bonus, contingent upon CMR?s fee revenue for each month.  Maximum bonus is $100 per semi-monthly pay period.
