Speaks clearly and effectively in a variety of settings.


Basic PC proficiency and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Is responsive and empathetic to customer needs.


Has effective organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized.


Ability to effectively handle escalations and time critical issues.


Demonstrates professionalism at all times.
