Receptionist for Downtown Tampa Insurance Broker

Summary

Continental-National Services Corp. is a medium size commercial insurance brokerage firm that serves automobile dealerships.  This receptionist position is intended to greet clients and vendors calling or visiting the office.  The position will also support administration, including helping to prepare documents and organize/file.  This position requires an independent individual having excellent interpersonal communication skills and capable of exercising initiative and multitasking.

Knowledge and Skill RequirementsComputer proficiency ? Internet and Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, are required.  Proficiency in Access and understanding of HTML are a plus.Excellent attitude with a pleasant phone dispositionSelf-organized, detail oriented, analytical, and motivated, requiring minimal supervision.Professional written and verbal communication skills.

 

Compensation

Compensation for this position will be annual salary depending on experience and ability.  Benefits include medical insurance, optional dental and life insurance, 401k, and two weeks of paid vacation per year.
