Looking for a receptionist in a fast paced Ad Agency. Positive Attitude and Friendly Phone Voice a must. Duties include answering phones, greeting visitors, accepting packages, filing, office organization, and administrative support. A working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint necessary for support duties. Be prepared to juggle multiple duties and multi task while working in a fun, creative environment.
