Job Description: Immediate need for receptionist in a busy company. Responsibilities include handling multi-line phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining files, opening and distributing mail, preparing meeting rooms and greeting guests. This is a permanent position which requires at least 2 years of previous experience as a receptionist.
