Job Description: Responsibilities are to greet customers, answer phones, assist in sales, qualify leads, file, prepare bills and many other tasks. The right candidate will have good computer skills and have the desire and aptitude to learn our business. Front reception desk coverage, to welcome and direct visitors coming into facility and ownership for maintaining lobby area, customer welcome board, kitchen area, etc. Processes outgoing mail and receives packages. Various projects, may include Internet research, assisting with employee events, update employee contact list, preparing and sending sales proposals. Assist with mail merge letters, and customer mailings. Ability to provide regular assistance to other internal departments such as accounting, sales and provisioning.
