Receptionst/Client Relations Coordinator

A rapidly growing Dallas creative studio has an immediate opening for a dynamic receptionist/client relations coordinator. The shy need not apply!

Position Duties:
? Answer multi-line phone system and take detailed messages
? Welcome and cater to incoming clients and guests
? Maintain studio appearance
? Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
? Maintain office supply inventory
? Run office errands
? Administrative support to all office personnel
? Assist in transporting clients and guests, as needed
? Assist owner with varied administrative tasks

Candidate Requirements:
? Friendly outgoing smile that comes across phone line
? Strong ability to multi-task and stay organized
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Dependable and punctual in attendance
? Flexibility with hours to finish tasks that run past end of shift
? Reliable transportation
? Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Academic Requirements:
? High school diploma or GED equivalent
? Two years of college or equivalent business experience in a related position

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
? Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop and Illustrator
? Any Microsoft certifications in the Office Suite
? College degree in English, Public Relations or Marketing
