Record Station Coordinator
RMS Services USA, Inc. is an international records management company. We offer our clients a full range of records management services from software solutions to facility management.
We currently have two positions open at our Madison Heights facility.
Position 1:
Record Station Coordinator
Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm Monday ? Friday. Holiday rotation.
Responsible for responding to Release of Imaging(ROI) requests following HIPAA guidelines; re-file Radiology jackets in specific number sequence; audit and shift Radiology jacket files.
Must have excellent English communication skills, knowledge of phone etiquette and basic computer proficiency. Must be organized, customer focused and able to lift 40 lbs. Previous experience with ROI preferred.
Position 2:
Record Station Coordinator
Hours: 6:30 am to 3 pm Monday ? Friday Holiday rotation
Responsible for sorting, re filing and on-going audit of medical records files; must be able to shift files as needed to ensure accessibility of records.
Must have excellent English communication skills, must be organized, detail oriented and able to lift 40 lbs. Previous experience with Medical Record numbering systems preferred.
