Recording Associate I - Shipping - (MZ20464)

Fiserv Lending Solutions is a premiere supplier of bundled loan services.

We are currently seeking a Recording Associate 1 - Shipping who will be responsible for preparing mortgages for processing.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
? Ship mortgages to appropriate parties (i.e. Registries, FLS field reps or Back to Client (Rejected or Recorded)
? Ensure all documents are mail-dated properly prior to sending package.
? Perform QC inspection of documents for accuracy. Rejecting to appropriate department/ staff member if issues are found.
? Adhere to Shipping/ Frequency schedule as set forth on BMS.
? Perform other duties as required

LOCATION:
Rocky Hill, CT

DEPARTMENT:
Recording

REPORTS TO:
Kevin Bednarz - Supervisor, Recording Shipping

SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

SALARY:
$10.50/hour

EDUCATION:
High school education or equivalent

JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE:
PC keyboard skills a plus

FUNCTIONAL AREA SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
? Ability to take direction and complete assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner
? Fundamental knowledge of office skills and etiquette
? Basic PC navigation and keyboard skills
