Transaction Processor

As a Transaction Processor with U.S. Bank Commercial Loan Services, you will:Handle records management for Commercial Loan Services in Portland. Duties include pulling files, re-shelving files in numeric order, placing miscellaneous filing into various sections of the collateral files and delivering files to customers Have duties in collateral and/or closed records and cross training in Doc Prep Department. Work in a highly physical environment; ability to stand throughout most of the day with frequent lifting, occasionally up to 50 lbs, pushing and pulling roller cart filled with files for delivery and/or return to file room required While we expect that you?ll possess a strong basic skill set, including excellent communication and people skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently, we also require:A high school diploma Ability to accurately perform numerical filing That you are detailed, organized and have the ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently and effectively Ability to work in a fast paced environment Excellent customer service skills PC skills with a demonstrated proficiency in MS office applications Prior records management knowledge helpful Highly physical environment, frequent lifting, occasionally up to 50 lbs, ability to push and pull roller cart to aid in delivery/pickup of files.
