We are currently seeking a Records Management Coordinator to join our team!

The Records Management Coordinator provides quality customer service through out the entire organization to those who need assistance with archived materials, invoices, active and inactive files and all scanned images. Ensures the integrity and reliability of all corporate documents that are stored off site as well as maintaining the current active files located at Brand Central.

The Records Management Coordinator contributes to the Organization by maintaining complex files, keeping accurate records and checking reports. Acts as liaison between different departments to ensure the quality and accuracy of documents being scanned. Ensures the integrity and reliability of all active documents that are scanned out to customers of the Organization.

The requirements for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

?Satisfies retrieval requests for active, inactive and scanned images for the entire Organization.
?Meets customer needs through utilizing several databases, including but not limited to Infolinx, Paralegal tracking, Data storage center database (DSC) and Request for Legal documents log (RLD).
?Prepares documents by gathering information and verifying information and entering edited data into databases.
?Researches information using multiple databases.
?Prepares Legal documents to be scanned and filed into the Central file room as well as all general correspondence.
?Quality controls all documents that are going out to be scanned as well as when they return back from scanning.


Requirements:

The qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

-High school diploma or equivalent
-Previous work experience with computers/software required
-Proven customer service skills required
-Ability to work in a fast paced deadline oriented environment
