Records Management Staff-006J4
Description Under direct supervision, the Records Management Staff is responsible for the inventory, storage and maintenance of the firm's files and workpapers within a prescribed office facility. The responsibililities of this position include, but are not limited to, assisting firm personnel and clients with requests to retrieve and file records (both on and off-site), and ensuring that records are properly stored and maintained within firm guidelines.
Responsibilities
Label, barcode, and shelve newly submitted files in accordance with firm standards.
Ensure records submission forms capture all required data in accordance with firm standards.
Identify records with missing or incomplete data and notify appropriate person(s).
Accurately enter data into the records management database in accordance with firm standards.
Efficiently retrieve and check out records as requested.
Retrieve records from and return records to offsite storage as requested.
Ensure compliance with firm and/or site-recommended product and service standards.
Maintain compliance with the firm records retention policy (e.g., data archiving, retrieval and destruction).
Assist in the maintenance of the Litigation Hold List as required by the firm's General Counsel's Office.
Qualifications
The incumbent of this position must have:
Education:
* a high school diploma or equivalent work experience
Experience:
* 1 to 3 years of work experience

* the ability to meet or exceed customers' expectations
* strong oral and written communication skills
