Duties: Prior staffing or HR experience

▫  Can hit the ground running -- someone who is able to step into the RA role and get up to speed quickly (training will be provided, but we're looking for someone who's sharp and "gets it the first time").

▫  Has had demonstrated success in a prior role that required a high level of attention to detail as well as top-notch organizational skills.

▫  Is able to multi-task and work at a fast pace for an extended period of time when required

▫  Generates offer letters using PeopleSoft, reviews them for accuracy and overnights them to new hires

▫  Overnights applications to job candidates & ensures they've been filled out accurately and completely when they return

▫  Submits applications for background checks

▫  Conducts a 1-hour new employee orientation every Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. (individual's schedule must allow for this every Monday)

▫  Reviews new hire paperwork and ensures it's been completed accurately and completely; then enters new hires' information into PeopleSoft

▫  Tracks the status of applications, background checks & CRD checks (for licensed candidates) and conducts follow up with candidates who've not returned their job application on a timely basis (this tracking is done in Excel)

 

All candidates must pass a background check which includes: Criminal background, DMV, and Credit.
