Relocation Administrator Provides administrative support to department head including handling mail, calls, travel arrangements, expense reports, report preparation, mass mailings, general office duties and other requestsCoordinates departmental staff attendance tracking, meetings, outings, training, etc. Coordinates with the Marketing Department for proper materials to be stocked at all timesResponsible for sending out web site leads for Coldwell Banker West Shell and serves as back up for Coldwell Banker King Thompson leadsResponsible for coordination of all outgoing relocation referrals for Coldwell Banker West Shell and serves as back up for Coldwell Banker King ThompsonAssists in inventory property vendor management including ongoing maintenance estimate for repairs and upkeepProvides ongoing business activity reports including web site leads and outgoing referralsPC work including word, excel, and Power Point as well as company owned software to manage web site leads and relocation referralsAny other general office duties to make the operation run more efficiently including going on errands for the department

 

Experience:Minimum 3-5 years administrative experience Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)Must be highly organized with attention to detail and ability to follow-throughHighly developed sense of people/customer service skills (including phone skills)Proven ability of multi-tasking with challenging deadlines and changing priorities Positive, flexible, can-do attitude a must and easily adaptable to a fast-paced, ever changing environment Possess excellent proofreading, verbal and written communication Proactive in streamlining reports and extracting needed data to be presented in most simplified manner possible without losing effectiveness Real Estate industry license or experience preferred
