Overview/Comments:

Primary duties for this applicant will be front reception desk duties including heavy telephones, greeting guest and assisting applicants. This employee will also perform various duties such as routine typing and light clerical as required.

Modification of job duties will occur at a later time to be determined.



Responsibilities:

Ensure customer satisfaction by researching and resolving customer service issues reported from CMC?s, NMC, Account Services Division or direct customer phone contact.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Research and resolve customer issues/complaints by working directly with billing, service, sales and installation.

2. Process and report on discontinuances in system.

3. May assist with resales.

4. May provide administrative support to SSO in areas of Order entry, activity reduction, contract and proposal preparation, scheduling, and general office support.

Requirements:

Education: High School Degree or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 2 years customer service experience.

Skills: 25 wpm accurate typing. Strong verbal communication skills. Strong telephone skills. Excellent listening skills. Positive interpersonal skills.
