We currently have an opening for an Administrative Assistant in our report processing department in the Kansas City office providing report processing support to several different functions. Responsibilities include:

? Typing financial statements, letters and reports;
? Preparing and editing various spreadsheets, including working with tables, graphs, formulas, links, borders, illustrations and scanned signatures;
? Proofreading documents for spelling, grammar and punctuation errors;
? Copying, scanning and binding documents;
? Other exciting projects, as needed.

Requirements for this position include:

? Business School graduate preferred.
? 5-8 years of administrative experience, service industry experience a plus.
? Excellent proofreading skills.
? Strong computer skills ? Microsoft Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
? Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet time deadlines.
? Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision
? Ability to handle stressful situations, always operating with a sense of urgency and using good judgment.
