Reports and Reconciliation Supervisor:

?

Under the general direction of the Manager, the Reports and Reconciliation Supervisor supervises employees to ensure ASA and MDHE tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner.? As Supervisor, the imcumbant is responsible for day to day activities of employees performing various reconciliation and report processing tasks relative to all manual and specific (CAM errors) electronic operational functions.? Working in conjunction with area supervisors and Business Analysts, utilizes reconciliation in identifying training needs,systems issues,and process enhancements.? Assist with department tasks as needed and communicates with internal departments to ensure accuracy of all exception processing for schools, lenders and servicers.? Proactively contacts internal-external clients to resolve escalated issues.

Job Requirements:

2-3 years supervisory experience required and 2-3 years financial aid experience preferred.? Strong verbal and written communication skills. MS Office skills.? Associates Degree or higher preferred.
