Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise the operations of a client site location with over 5 employees, providing single or multiple office services for 2nd shift.
- Ensure outstanding service to on-site clients relationships.
- Maximize profitability through the effective utilization of assets and the supervision and development of all staff and other on-site resources.
- Ability to immediately resolve any operational problems or issues.
- Ensure timely and effective production of supervisory information reports.

Job Qualifications:

- Significant experience in an Investment Banking business strongly preferred
- Experience supervising non-exempt staff
- Familiarity with the use of a computer and business software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong supervisory and organizational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Precise problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in project management
- Strong team leadership abilities
- Customer service-oriented
