Resource Management Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Resource Management Coordinator to join us in our San Francisco office on a temp-hire basis.

Responsibilities:
?Maintain Resource Management System (RMS) and monitor certain RM metrics (e.g., utilization)
?Provide back-up maintenance of RMS and secondary user of the system including data entry
?Accountable for many of the system-based procedures required to support the staffing and utilization efforts within a business unit
?Use the RMS system to develop schedules for new client engagements and maintain schedules of existing engagements
?Monitor staff progress toward chargeable goals and perform analysis of underutilized staff
?Produce reports on utilization metrics, as necessary
?Schedule and coordinates staff assignments based on engagement requirements and priorities
?Monitor non-chargeable time of staff and ensure that the levels are appropriate
?Allocate staff resources using independent judgment to create or select services and ensure that experience of staff on each engagement is diverse

Qualifications:
?One year of experience in resource management
?Effective organizational and data entry skills, including downloading reports and running macros
