Risk Management Clerk

Key Responsibilities

- Supports the Risk Management department with answering incoming phone calls, filing, typing and mail distribution.

- Prepares weekly and monthly Risk Management reports and distributes appropriately.

- Conducts follow up calls to obtain missing information as it relates to Risk management and related programs.

- Development and implementation of organized filing systems that are logical, systematical, and effective for our operation to increase productivity.

- Assists department with implementation of new programs and procedures.

- Other special projects and tasks as requested.

 

The minimum qualifications to be considered for this highly visible position within a successful, growth-oriented environment include:

- High School diploma required.

- Friendly with exceptional communication skills.

- Proficient with personal computer and appropriate software.

- Ability to compose general correspondence, complies and organizes data.

- Ability to interact with internal and external customers.

- Good organizational and time management skills.
