Risk Mitigation Coordinator

Performs diversified tasks requiring the use of a personal computer to support the Vice President of Data Security.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Web Filter / Web Access Administration:

- Screen, qualify, validate and document domestic and international users as per Company policy

- Document all exceptions, modifications, resolutions and other events related to user requests

- Respond to or escalate requests as appropriate

- Maintain data base

- Create and distribute monthly and ad hoc reports

 

2. Security Administration:

-  Assist in the handling of requests for security purposes

-  Assist in the escalation of GIS Security Exception requests

-  Assist in the handling of other user requests as needed. 

 

3. Office Administration:

- Answer phones, schedule meeting and appointments, coordinate travel arrangements

- Maintain files, screen all correspondence

- Prepare departmental expense reports and purchase orders, follow up invoice payments

- Prepare PowerPoint presentations as instructed 

- As needed, compose, edit and publish technical copy using Excel and Word.

 

4. The foregoing are broad accountabilities only and are not all-inclusive.  The incumbent may be required to perform secretarial/administrative/special projects related miscellaneous duties.
