This Position is Responsible For

 

? Handling customer questions, issues and inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy & professionalism.

? Handling business transactions and offering alternative solutions with the objective of retaining customers? business

? Dispatching service calls and following up with customer?s needs

? Utilizing a variety of systems and web-based tools to research & resolve customer issues

 

Minimum Qualifications include:

 

? Possess strong communication skills, and customer service skills

? Experienced in a MS Windows based environment

? Possess at least 2 year(s) of experience in customer service.

? You must be able to multi-task and the initiative to take on special projects

 

Experience with escalation calls is highly desirable

Your starting hourly rate will be $13.00 per hour.  Must be able to work a flexible schedule!  Center is open from 5:30 am to 9:00 pm, including weekends.  Positions are temp to hire and includes paid training.
