 Job Responsibilities

 Facilitate selling process from initial presentation of annual programs through shipmentExecutes programs designed to drive orders from retailersUsing sales and marketing direction, develops POG (Planograms) and analysis for presentation to retailers modeled on category management principles.Prepares selling materials including sales presentations, price lists, catalogsManages the rep room on the extranet including quarterly reviewsAssures information flow, addresses issues, and solves problems Qualifications

 

BS/BA degree or equivalent training/experience.  Three years sales and marketing experience.  Experience supporting sales, creating sales materials and executing projects in a CPG company with sales exceeding 35mm preferred.  Experience developing Planograms a plus.

 

We seek a self-starter with the ability to work cross functionally to accomplish goals, the ability to deal with complex situations/projects, and strong organizational skills to successfully multi-task supporting a team of people.  Must be flexible, disciplined and reliable, and prefer fast-paced environment with a busy workload. 

 

We require an understanding of the selling process for mass retail accounts, have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as well developed decisional, interpersonal and customer interaction skills.  We need a high level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word and ability to acquire new pc skills as needed.
