Greenspring Village has an awesome opportunity in Renaissance Gardens for a Scheduler. We are a 176-bed skilled and 104-bed assisted-living facility located in Springfield, VA. Our environment fosters learning, stability and the ability to enhance the lives of our residents through outstanding care and personal interaction.
The Health Services Scheduler will take ownership over all scheduling and payroll issues for the Renaissance Garden non-exempt staff. This role involves not only the day to day scheduling, staffing, and payroll issues, but also involves assistance in tracking productivity and budgetary reports. Responsible for the monthly scheduling of staff, tracking attendance, tracking vacation and sick time, gathering and checking payroll information on Kronos, working with the floor supervisors and management staff to assure all staffing needs are met.
College or related courses in business or professional school strongly preferred. One year of scheduling experience strongly desired. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
