POSITION/FUNCTIONAL TITLE: Senior Representative / Delaware Regional Client Print
LOCATION: New Castle, DE

DEPARTMENT: Delaware Regional Client Print

SPAN OF CONTROL (GLOBAL, REGIONAL, LOCAL) - LOCAL


DEVELOPMENT (WHAT WILL YOU LEARN BY DOING THIS JOB):
Person will be overseeing the production print, microfiche and CD-Rom production across three shifts. Each shift will report metrics, issues, volumes, and progression, which will get reported to the department Supervisor.  Will expand Microsoft Office skills and leverage individual to work is a cross-functional environment supporting both internal and external businesses.


DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW:

Produce hardcopy reports, microfiche, and CD-Rom production for the exception printing needed for the Citibank Delaware Operation.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:
Coordinate the processing within the department maintaining high standards and ensuring all objectives and deliverables are met.


EXPECTED OUTCOMES (WHAT WILL "SUCCESS" LOOK LIKE IN 12 MONTHS):

The area will meet their goals 98% of the projections pre-determined with 2% margin of error.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS (KEY COMPETENCIES, MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, SKILLS REQUIRED/TECHNICAL AND NO-TECHNICAL):
? College Degree
? Ability to operate and maintain an IBM 3900 simplex printer, Anacomp XFP Microfiche device; CD-Rom ADS unit
? Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, ACCESS a plus)
? Strong organizational skills
? Ability to perform quality checks ensuring all work distributed is of high standard.
? Assist in staff scheduling to meet maximum requirements avoiding overtime expenses
? Ability to assist in stressful situations
