SERVICE BILLING ACCOUNTANT - Oklahoma City, OK

We currently have locations in Texas, Oklahoma, Georgia, Kansas, Missouri, Pennsylvania, California, Tennessee, Florida, Alabama and Louisiana.

 

We are experiencing extraordinary growth in our existing markets and are looking for a Service Billing Accountant for our office located in Northern Oklahoma City.  The Service Billing Accountant is responsible for various aspects of billing service related transactions. 

 

The Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: electronically receiving Service Technician tickets for all locations, reviewing the tickets for completeness, analyzing response and down times, analyzing inventory installed by the Service Technician, determining the customer billing level, communicating with Service Technicians and peers to enhance research, entering data into the accounting software, producing customer invoices, backing up the Inventory Billing Accountant,  and other billing related tasks.

 

The Service Billing Accountant must be extremely reliable and team oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent computer skills are required, including a working knowledge of excel and word.   We provide on the job training for our integrated accounting software.  Formal training or related work experiences are preferable.  Working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Reliable attendance and punctuality are needed and are not negotiable.
