The primary responsibility of the back Up Workflow Public Sector associate role will be to successfully process Public Sector applications throughout the life cycle of the transaction.

? All Shift needed

? Must work Sunday, Remaining Days TBD - 11pm To 7:30am

?Responsibilities:

? Backup the Workflow when necessary, insuring that updates are communicated comprehensively in a timely manner

? Insure that the associates in the respective areas of the processing stream perform their duties as required

? Ability to maintain a clean work environment

? Capability to recognize and highlight potential problems and escalate to management

? Monitor and Insure work is distributed according to prioritized deadlines

? Perform daily controls and checklists

? Monitor quality and efficiency of each process recommending improvements as necessary

? Insure all deadlines associated with each task are meet or exceeded



? Required reading, following and comprehending BIR instructions

? Experience in Lockbox with familiarity of all processing task or duties

? TMS imaging platform preferred

? Solid organization skills

? Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team member

? Above average Interpersonal and communication skills

? Ability to respond under pressure and multitask many demands

? Flexible work hours based upon business needs

? Must pass background check criteria
