Aesculap Inc., the world?s largest supplier of surgical instruments, has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in St. Louis, MO. 

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordination, communication and execution of loaner set shipments between Aesculap and customers.  Responsible for timely and accurate processing of data, auditing product accuracy, returning loaner sets and directing product flow through warehouse.   

 

Must be able to receive and input orders into computer system, research and resolve shipment discrepancies, generate reports on the status of loaner sets and perform system updates on returned loaner sets and products.  Must also be able to interface with department personnel and Sales Reps.

 

Requirements:

Requires attention to detail and at least 2 to 3 years customer service experience (medical preferred) excellent phone skills and flexibility with work schedule.  Experience dealing with Sales Reps? accounts, strong analytical, communication and written skills are required.  Must have experience in Excel, Access and Word.  SAP experience and an inventory background are highly desirable.
