We are currently seeking an experienced administrative professional with excellent people skills for the following role:

 

SUPPORT SERVICES COORDINATOR

Exton, PA

 

Responsibilities:

?  Contact enrolled students prior to start date to ensure student has all necessary information

?  Coordinate student housing

?  Maintain and continually build strong relationships with apartment managers to ensure student problems are being resolved

?  Update and maintain the housing and student databases

?  Open, distribute and send mail

?  Answer telephones

?  Order supplies as needed

 

Requirements:

?  High School diploma or GED

?  Excellent customer service and phone skills

?  Exceptional oral and written communication/interpersonal skills

?  Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

?  Ability to work independently

?  Effective organization, multi-tasking and time management skills

?  Strong analytical skills, including the good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
