Collections Agent:

-Ensure Mri receive outstanding payments

-Invoicing

-Liasion with Developers and Title Companies

-Accounts receivable

Tracking documents and information

-Data entry

-Project management

 

Sales Administration:

-Tracking and updating client Excel spreadsheets

-Creating and processing client files

-Filing and faxing

-Assisting Real Estate Agents with contracts and general documentation

-Liasion with Developers and builders and Vendors

-Internet researches

-Hotel and flight reservations

Tracking documents and information

 

Aftersales Agent

-Take incoming client calls from clients

-Administrative duties:Typing,filing,faxing and photocoping

-Act as liasion between clients and agents

-Keep track of closing list and updating calanders

-Make sure all files have a completed After Sales Contract form.

-Handle and follow up of all furniture sales

-Complete Home Orientations

-Follow up with closing and home orientation dates/emails.

-Maintain Contact list(database)

-Transport clients to selected destinations

-Conduct Meet & Greets with clients

-Project Management
