Sales/Admininstrative Assistant

SALES / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job Description:

 

The Sales Coordinator provides a full range of administrative sales support for an office staff of 16-20 employees. Strong customer service, excellent communication skills (oral and written), advanced PC skills (including MS Office), and 10-key by touch are required. Under the direction of the Division Manager, the SC operates independently and identifies sales support projects; performs considerable coordination and follow-through, and sets priorities and procedures for accomplishing the work assignment. The successful candidate is a self-motivated, results-oriented, highly organized, analytical professional capable of interfacing with individuals of various backgrounds and levels within an organization. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

? Prepare Proposals

 

? Pull literature, sales material and put the proposal in final professional form

 

? Verifies that the contract agreement conforms to the standard sales contract, or is otherwise acceptable.

 

? Verifies that payment terms are satisfactory

 

? Verifies that FAV can meet the required date

 

? Assists with determining game plan and assembles presentation tools for prospective client presentations

 

? Assists with scheduling presentations

 

? Follows up, as needed, to make the sale

 

? Box Sales

o  Price research on assigned box bids

o  Prepare and respond to box bids as requested by the DM

o  Process Sales Quotes and Sales orders and all related forms needed

o  Follow up on Lead Tracking as requested by the DM

o  Update Contact Module Information as directed

o  Develop new sales and service business

 

? Assists Sales/ Account Managers with correspondence, to include:

o  Prospecting

o  Thank you

o  Follow up (after sale)

o  Follow up (missed sale)

o  Other correspondence as required by DM

 

? Assists Division Coordinator:

o  Receptionist

o  Inventory control and /or Job Hold Cage maintenance
